I am sure when you get there you will fall in love with it. The people are among the warmest and most generous in Asia even after all the recent turmoil the country has been through.

So on my bucketlist! Loved looking through this list. Before We go on our travels through southeast Asia in 2016, I am going to really enjoy going over all your amazing photo journeys and stories through so many of these beautiful countries 🙂

Great shots! I love the one of the teak bridge. Is that cat with the monk jumping through a hoop? What’s that all about?

There is a monastery in Myanmar where the monks train cats to jump through hoops. They gained international fame, of sorts, some time ago and were featured on the cover of Time Life. At the monastery it is a way to entertain and make some money. Something you won’t see often 🙂

Myanmar is very picturesque. I’ve wanted to travel there for quite some time. I believe it’s on the travel menu for 2015.
